Alexis with a stuffed dog (Rotweiller) that I actually got as a present around six or seven years ago - it's just so fun for me to have Alexis play with MY old toys! :o)
Like I said in the April Pics Post, Alexis is becoming a WIZ at video-games. As shown here, Alexis knows where to go on my laptop to get to the Nickjr.com website and play games. Smart little thing! :o)
Cuddling with Daddy is one of Alexis' favorite things to do! :o)
This was one of my favorite moments since Alexis was born - Alexis was watching a movie with her stuffed monkey, "Stitches", and I heard her say, "Excuse me, Stitches. Can you scoot over please?" SO stinkin' cute! :o)
Playing a simple-version of dress-up with Uncle Dallon in the back seat! He's so good with her! :o)
Yeah ... don't ask. ;o) Hahaha.
My youngest brother, Brian, got his Eagle Scout! Over Memorial Day Weekend, my entire family was in Pocatello, Idaho, celebrating the holiday, my 24th birthday, my brother's Court of Honor and helping my parents move! Crazy weekend, but full of fun! :o) This is my little brother, Brian, with his friend, Rodrigo. They are in a band together and they performed a mini-concert for us after the Court of Honor. They are SUPER good! I'll have to put some video of them playing up on my youtube.com account (youtube.com/theproudmommy)!
BARB is PREGNANT! Yea! :o) This is my sister-in-law, Barbara, and her adorable daughter, Rylee. LOVE these girlies! :o)
Brian with my parents.
Brian with my sister, Brooke, Me, my sister, Kaitlyn, and our sister-in-law, Jessica.
Brian with our four other brothers, David, Kevin, Mike and Bradley.
Grandma Hermansen was REALLY going through withdrawals with Pepsi ... Dad happened to have someone give him a basket-type-of-thing at work that happened to have two cans of Pepsi in it. Grandma was VERY happy! Haha. :o)
We celebrated my 24th Birthday while up in Pocatello with my family. It was Alexis' birthday 6 days later, so we celebrated her's as well.
Alexis playing with a couple of her cousins, Rylee and Raelyn. She had SO much fun! It's nice going to Grandma's house with cousins ... I've heard my other siblings say this, too ... We don't have to worry about our kids at Grandma's house - when cousins are there, especially - they are all so good at playing together, we only see them at meal-time! Haha! :o)
Alexis and her cousin, Chloe, have their birthdays within 8 days of each other. It's so fun to have even mini-celebrations with them together. This is them waiting for Grandma's present! :o)
This picture just makes me laugh. The presents are out and the girls can finally get down and open them ... and Alexis is just sitting there, still waiting, looking around. First of all, she's just so blonde, it's so cute! Secondly, though, I think she's just pretty dang polite! It reminds me of how she acts in Nursery at church. Our nursery's doors have little peep-holes so you can check on your children without interrupting or distracting them. I've looked in SO many times to see Alexis just sitting there, quietly, patiently, while other kids are running around screaming. I'm not saying that Alexis sits there perfectly ALL the time ... but she is pretty dang polite! This past Sunday, I looked in and could hear the teachers/leaders saying, "Sit down, kids" and all the other kids are running around ... But Alexis is sitting quietly, every now and then turning to a kid that runs past her and saying, "Sit down!" :o)
Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa Hermansen, for the Birthday present ... by-the-way, it was a table and chairs set that you can color on with dry-erase markers. Cool. :o)
Alexis cuddling with her cousins, Ashlyn and Hailee. :o)
Home again and enjoying her new Birthday present! :o)
