Lexi is into this thing lately, don't know where she picked it up - she'll run around playing with various objects, putting them on her head and whispering, "Super Guy!" Too cute!
Lexi loves coloring so much. This is Thanksgiving day, coloring with her Aunt Katy-bug and her cousins, Ashlyn and Hailee.
This is cousin Kyle, just playing peek-a-boo with me while the girls are coloring! :o)
I just thought it was so cute, Grandpa and Aunt Katy-bug showing Grandpa's coin-separator to the grandkids - I just loved them all huddled up together! :o)
Mikey wrapped Chloe up in the pad and un-rolled her onto the ground. She loved it. She is just SO stinkin' cute! :o)
Day after Thanksgiving - yeah, I know. I didn't get any real Thanksgiving pictures ... guess I was more concerned about all that yummy food! :o) - I went with Barb, Rylee, Chloe, Kaitlyn, Lexi (obviously), Brooke, Ashlyn, Brenden, Caden, Jessa, Hailee and Raelyn to the Lights Parade. It was fun! This was a picture of the back-seat before we took off.

Me and Lexi at the Lights Parade.
Ashlyn at the Lights Parade.
When we got back, all the men had made us either gingerbread men or gingerbread houses! This was my lovely decor on my man! :o) (Wish I could decide what my REAL man wore and what not!) :o)
Lexi is so afraid of Christmas trees for some reason ... Oh yeah, I remember why. Last year when we went to Poky after returning from Christmas in New York, my mom was putting away their Christmas Tree and I kept telling Lexi to go over to it and then I'd shake it and all the bells on it would ring and stuff ... Maybe that scared her! You'd think I would've gotten the hint when she was running away from it and wouldn't go near it for days! She'd run, like, ten feet OUT around it when she needed to get past it! Ha! I'm such a mean mommy! :o)
This is where the "Early Christmas" comes in - we will be in New York for Christmas again this year so my parents gave Lexi her Christmas presents early. The fisher-price "people" Nativity Set. SO cute! Lexi LOVES it and plays with it ALL day! :o) Thanks mom and dad/Grandma and Grandpa Hermansen!
I think the cousins were both excited for Lexi and wondering why they weren't getting presents all at the same time. :o)
All the grandkids in our family have this Nativity Set now that Lexi has it. Raelyn said that she didn't remember having this, but she sure remembered how everything went and the music came on! :o) Lexi loves Hailee and Raelyn and was more than happy to let Rae show her the "ropes".
Lexi with her cousins before they had to leave. Hailee, the oldest, Raelyn and Kyle, the youngest. Lexi LOVES these cousins SO much! It was so fun to watch her follow Rae and Hailee around, and she loves Kyle and says his name when she's playing with toys now! :o)
The Saturday after Thanksgiving was the annual Hermansen Christmas Party. It was lots of fun to be there with my parents and younger siblings and with Brooke and her family.
Lexi did NOT know what was going on - they were playing one of those games where you pass the presents every time a certain word is spoken. After a while, Lexi just sat there and let Aunt Katy-bug and Ashlyn pass her present for her. It ended up PERFECT, though - Lexi ended up with the "Dora Memory Game" present! Yea!!! :o)
This is my little sister, Kaitlyn, and our cousins, Whitney and Brooklyn. Aren't they all just SO PRETTY! When the heck did they all grow up!?!
Caden and Ashlyn showing off the toys they won in the present-passing game! :o)
Lexi wasn't so sure about this "Santa" guy! :o) Better than last year, though - she screamed her sweet little head off last year! Of course, every time we tell her a story or try to explain to her that Santa is going to come visit us, Lexi gets emotional! Even when we tell her he's coming to give her presents! Poor girl! :o)
Lexi really liked the new trick Grandpa showed her, especially since I was letting her eat even MORE M&Ms - her favorite candy! :o)
Kisses for Daddy - so cute!
Lexi is getting better and better with Grandpa - she has always been afraid of men! Good girl!!! :o)
Home from our vacation to Grandpa and Grandma's house and the Christmas Party - Lexi was so pooped! We got out the Snowman movie and Lexi was in a trance within seconds. Sweet girl. :o)
The next morning before church, Lexi was begging to watch the snowman movie again while we ate breakfast - and she insisted on her new toys watching the movie with her! :o)
Lexi definitely LOVES her new Nativity Set! Yea!!! :o)
When you push down on the angel atop the manger, it plays "Away in a Manger". Lexi loved dancing with Mary - and giving her kisses! So sweet. She kept calling Mary her baby! :o)
Lexi trying on Mommy's boots. Ha! :o)
This is Daddy's idea of "playing" with Lexi! Haha! Lexi was still having fun, though! :o) (Where'd Jordan's chin go?!?) ;o)
Lexi LOVES dancing! She was giggling SO much! :o)
Sweet girl, so tired, ready for bed. Just giving Yaren Kitty kisses before "Na-night"! :o)
Love you all, have happy holidays! More later! Merry Christmas!!! :o)
