She, of course, saw snow last year. She also, of course, can't remember it. And I think after this year, she'll be okay with not remembering it next year!
She loved getting all bundled up to go outside, but she didn't know what was in store yet! This is just barely going outside. She likes the cold, which is good. We hadn't tested out the actual snow though.
She stood there with Daddy by her side for a few minutes, just staring down at the snow. She was very hesitant to even step off the concrete unto the snow covered lawn.
She hasn't done too good with grass itself. When she did finally step onto the snow, she wasn't pleased. It was snowing hard enough outside that she didn't appreciate constantly getting wet, either. This is where the screaming started.
When Daddy walked inside to get a sled, Alexis just gave up! She sat down in the snow, frustrated, cold and wet! Daddy came out and took her down the hill in the sled ... this was not a nice thing for Daddy to do. : )
So Alexis had had enough! She saw Aunt Katy-bug standing inside the door and she was done with Daddy and the snow. She's more and more like her Mommy everyday! I was happy to get out of the cold snow, too! : )
